The hardest part of going for a run is putting on my shoes. Well, that and running up hills. Finding the motivation and making the time to go can be difficult. So I’m going to leave these here to look at later. These will hopefully be my kick in the arse to help me put my running shoes on.
And my fitbit is sad. So I need to run so I can kick my friend’s (and my mom’s, dad’s, brother’s, and sister-in-law’s) butts. Lace ’em up. Tie em’ tight and hit the road or the trail or the treadmill!
They should give Fitbit a personality that does get sad and mopey when we don’t move enough.

That could work. It would piss me off to see a sad face on the days I don’t reach my goal.

I love my Fitbit challenges! I don’t run anymore but love walking and with the winter finally arriving, it has been such a challenge to find the motivation to get out there and do just that. I have resulted in 4 am stair climbers. Does that count?

4 am stair climbers totaly count! Anything at 4 am counts. I usually do my run at 8pm after the kids are in bed. But getting out has been difficult the past few months.
